Susan began her insurance career in 1984 as an assistant to a life insurance agent. In 1989 she became a licensed agent and has worked as an agent in the independent insurance agency system since 1989. She joined First Arkansas Insurance in 1999 at the Hot Springs Village office, Village Insurance. Susan is licensed to write both property and casualty and life and health insurance.
